Our clients vary in their number of resources, technical knowledge and other factors that make them unique. Consequently, the support service we provide for one company will differ from the next.

Support Service for Website Updates

We are often able to provide a content updating service for website owners who have HTML or CMS systems. Examples include:

  • regular updates to news, blog, gallery images
  • ad-hoc updates to news, blog, testimonials, image uploads
  • ad-hoc page content updates, e.g. change of address
  • a one-off SEO blitz or ad-hoc SEO review/amendments.

If you have a hand-coded or generated HTML website, we are usually able to update, optimise and provide support, as long as you can provide us with server (ftp) access details.

Websites created with CMS are, theoretically, easier for non-technical users to update. However, there are a number of CMS systems that we struggle to understand, which is why we develop and deliver approved-by-us WordPress websites with a telephone/email support service and an option for site-specific training.

Basic Training – WordPress & Social Media

When we deliver WordPress websites, we provide remote training and support as standard, which varies, according to the requirements and abilities of each client.

Depending on your location, The BPc may provide basic session-specific training to a small number of staff (1, 2 or 3) at your facility. Each session will cover one of the following topics:

After training, there will be a period of free follow-up support by email or telephone.

Alternatively, we are happy to conduct one-to-one telephone sessions and provide email support on an as-required basis.
